The flat rate is the fare. Tolls are the only thing added to it, and they are itemized at cost in your quote before you book.
What a quote includes
- The vehicle, the chauffeur and fuel
- Flight tracking on every airport pickup, with 1 hour free wait on international arrivals and 30 minutes on domestic
- 15 minutes free wait at any other pickup
- Sales tax: no sales tax added — the quoted price is what you pay
What a quote doesn’t include
- Tolls are not included in the fare and are itemized in your quote
- Gratuity is not included and is entirely at your discretion
- Meet and greet $30, plus the airport parking it needs at cost
- Wait beyond the free period at the hourly rate for your vehicle class
- Extra stops: the stops you booked are included in the quote — any stop added during the trip is quoted before it's added, not billed as a surprise afterward
- Child seats: a booster is $10 a seat, a full seat is $30
- Excess cleaning usually starts from $250
No surge pricing, ever
Surge pricing is when a ride's price jumps with demand — during rush hour or bad weather — after you've already committed to the trip. We never charge surge prices: not in rush hour, not in a snowstorm, not on New Year's Eve or during UN General Assembly week. The price you're quoted is the price you pay, with no fuel surcharge added either, and no gratuity added automatically.
Seasonal rates
If your trip falls during a seasonal period, the seasonal price is what you're quoted — it's shown in your price before you book, with nothing added afterward.
NYC (Manhattan) congestion charges
NYC (Manhattan) congestion charges are not passed on to customers.
Cancellations

Weddings, events, and long-distance
Weddings, events and multi-vehicle bookings get a custom quote — tell us the date, vehicles and hours and we price it before you book. A 30% deposit is due at booking, with the balance paid when the trip is completed. Long-distance and out-of-metro trips are quoted the same way, through the booking form — put in your pickup and destination and the price comes back before you book.
